Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership
The Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership is a 40-credit-hour program that teaches the foundations of Christianity and spiritual formation and prepares students with ministry skills that lead to lifelong learning and vocational success.

Master of Arts in Trauma, Theology, and Ministry
The Master of Arts in Trauma, Theology, and Ministry is a unique and interdisciplinary course of study bringing students into the best of trauma-informed theology and ministry practices. This 33-credit-hour degree prepares students to address the effects of trauma in ministry and congregations. Students will be trained to recognize and respond to trauma from a biblical and theological perspective with practical takeaways to form trauma-safe churches.
Engage with the meaning of how we discuss God, present Him to a hurting world, and seek to live out His kingdom.

Frame major Christian doctrines in a trauma-sensitive way with the goal of making churches and ministries into places that are trauma-safe, psychologically informed, and deeply reflective of God’s great compassion.

The Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Direction is a 40-credit-hour program that prepares students for the ministry of Spiritual Direction by equipping them to discern their own call and abilities and aiding them in becoming whole and holy people.
Equips students to interpret scripture through an emphasis on fundamental hermeneutics, Biblical themes, Christian Trinitarian doctrine, and church history
Empowers students in intentional spiritual formation, dwelling in Christ, and becoming like Christ
Prepares students with the Biblical, historical framework for the art of Spiritual Direction, helping them develop practical skills to explore discernment practices

Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Leadership
Richmont’s Doctor of Ministry is a 32-33-credit hour program featuring five core classes, three concentration options, a capstone project, and onsite and online retreats. The program is focused on the two most integral dimensions of a minister’s career: Spiritual Formation and Leadership. Spiritual formation is the foundation upon which all Richmont programs are built, empowering ministers and counselors to impact churches, organizations, clients, and communities.
